Booking though the Rock Gym Pro App
Visit the Google Play or iTunes store and search for the RGPro Connect App and download the app to your mobile device.
Open the app and search for The Pinnacle Climbing Centre. You’ll know its us as you will see our logo on the bottom of the screen.
You will be required to create an account on your first use. This is to allow it to link to your details on our system.
You will be brought to the home screen. Here you will see the current number of climbers in the centre.
There are also options to view all your recent online bookings, a link to our website and an option to make an online booking.
If you click the online booking option you will then come to two options, one for our climb unlimited members and one for our general pay as you go climbers.
Select the option which matches your circumstances to be taken to the booking page.
The next page will give you a general overview of the session you are booking on to. By clicking the information and booking button then you will be taken to the following page which will show you the options for availability.
Select the date and time for the session you would like to participate in and then the number of participants.
Participants wise you can select pay as you go, Under 18, Under 6 and concession. If you select the Concession you will be required to show your eligibility such as full-time student card when you check in.
You will then be required to complete your booking details. Please ensure you complete these correctly to enable the booking to link to your account with us.
There will then be some questions for you to complete to confirm that you are a competent climber and that you are complying with our covid policy.
The final page will ask you to confirm your details and then make a payment using a credit or debit card to confirm your booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until you have made the payment.
You will then be directed to the booking confirmation page.
If you need to check all sessions you have booked in to from the app, then on the home screen select Recent Bookings and they will be displayed.
