From Climbing to Kids Parties
At the Pinnacle Climbing Centre we are passionate about introducing non-climbers to a life away from the ground. We provide a totally unique indoor climbing & caving experience.
Open to all ages for leisure, we provide all the activities for a fun day out including climbing courses, catering for parties, school holiday kids clubs, corporate events and adult groups. So if you are looking for an exciting challenge with your work colleagues, friends or family look no further than us! Our climbing halls have over 200 routes up to 12.5 metres high. Our bouldering room has over 70 fun problems to scramble over.
Climbing
Here at The Pinnacle Climbing Centre, we are passionate about introducing non climbers to a life away from the ground.
We provide a totally unique indoor climbing experience. Open to all ages for leisure, we also provide climbing courses, cater for parties and provide school holiday day clubs. We also specialise in business & corporate team building events with a particular emphasis on communication, motivation, learning and performance related outcomes.
Caving
We often hold 45 minute caving sessions. This includes about 10 minutes of briefing and kitting up with a helmet and headtorch. An instructor will then explain all the safety information and you will have about 35 minutes to explore the caves. Why not try and count the fossils while you are in there? If you mention this and get the number right we will give you a Pinnacle Centre Wristband.
Parties
We have a huge range of options available for budding climbers and cavers, from climbing only packages, through to combined climbing, caving and food options.
Kids Clubs
If you are 6 to 16 years old and want to climb on a regular basis come and join us on our weekly kids climbing club. There are sessions running 7 days a week during term times, with groups split into ages and abilities with the focus being on having fun, meeting new friends and becoming a budding climber.
Corporate
Creating an impactful event takes creativity, imagination, experience and expertise, as well as selecting the correct venue to host your event. Here at The Pinnacle we are uniquely suited to host any event you may have in mind, whether you are planning a conference, meeting, training or team building event.
With a dedicated facility offering modern rooms, friendly and professional staff and the most unique setting and backdrop of a climbing centre, we are the best place in Northampton to host a unique, fun and energetic event.
Group Visits
Whether you’re looking to book a group visit as a school or youth group (guides, scouts, cadets etc.) we offer a range of group offers. Each session will include roped climbing up to 12.5 metres. We also have a dedicated bouldering room and Northampton’s only purpose built (and super exciting) caving system.
Adult Groups
We can cater for adult parties, including Stag or Hen dos here at the Pinnacle Climbing Centre.
We will ensure you get the same great experience as we give the kids, but with more of an adult twist! You will get to experience climbing in the main area and bouldering room. You will be helping each other with belaying (holding the climber safely on a rope) and learning as you progress.
