The Pinnacle is Northampton's home of indoor climbing, spread across three centres. You do not need climbing experience to join us, just energy, warmth and a genuine interest in people. We will teach you the rest, right through to nationally recognised instructor qualifications.

1. Reception
Where many journeys begin. Welcome visitors, run the desk, and learn how the centre works from the ground up.
2. Instructor
Lead sessions, teach beginners, and gain your climbing wall instructor qualifications with our support.
3. Assistant Centre Manager
Take on responsibility for shifts, the team, and day-to-day operations.
4. Senior Manager
Help shape how our centres run and where the business goes next.
This is a typical route, not a fixed ladder. We help you grow in the direction that suits you best.
